Alberica 10 is made of 4 rooms:

• 1 Double Room: double sized bed

• 2 Single Rooms: wide single bed in french style

• 1 Triple Room: one double sized bed and one single bed

An ideal place to have an apartment for independent long term stay

All rooms are offered with air conditioning, free wifi, closet with a safebox.

All bathrooms are offered with toiletries including shampoo, soap, shower cap, disposable sponge for cleaning shoes, and hair dryer.

The cleaning of the room is everyday with the change of sheets every once a week or on request.

In the common area, there is a Lavazza coffee machine and a microwave for anytime use.
